and traditional favourites. There are songs about Molly
Muddle, Polly and Skip, Ruby, TomTom, Bubble and Pip and
songs about the wonderful world they live in.

Our Wonderful World – with its characters
Molly Muddle, Polly and Skip, Ruby, TomTom, Bubble and
Pip - is the result of years of thinking, dreaming and
messy fun with my friend Anne Butler. Anne and I have been
friends for nearly 20 years and worked together on the
Sticky Kids range of CDs and tapes. We both love being
outdoors (like Pip), painting (like Ruby), eating fruit
(like Bubble), making music (like TomTom) and being silly
(like Molly Muddle!) We also love words and rhymes which
is why we created Polly the parrot. And Skip the dog? Well,
all gangs need a dog…and a dog that can count is
very useful!
Our Wonderful World celebrates both the everyday
day world of young children’s lives (stories, action
songs, exploration and messy play) and the mysteries and
delights of the larger global world in which we all live.
Its ethos is hands-on, reverent, healthy, life-affirming
and enormous fun!
Anne and I are delighted to have teamed up with Keppel
Publishing and Scottish –based illustrator Moira
